Ticket Policies

 

• Tour duration: 45 minutes.

 

• Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the site.

 

• Photography of all kinds is prohibited inside the museum, except in designated areas, if any.

 

• Visitors must adhere to the instructions of the staff and adhere to the security and information guidelines inside the museum.

 

• The ticket value cannot be refunded or its date changed after purchase, except in accordance with the announced conditions.

 

Fines

 

• The visitor bears full responsibility for any damage to the museum"s property, and the value of the fine will be determined "later"

 

Health Declaration

 

• The visitor declares that he or she does not suffer from any symptoms of an infectious disease upon entering the museum.

 

• The visitor agrees to comply with any preventive health measures approved by the museum management

 

• The museum management has the right to refuse entry to any visitor who shows any symptoms of a disease in order to preserve public safety.

 

 

 

1. The subscription is valid for 12 months starting from the date of activation of the subscription.

2. The subscriber shall bear all responsibilities resulting from the requests, actions and operations issued by him or carried out by the users affiliated with him and the fees or costs resulting from them.

3- The subscriber or the beneficiaries have no right to request the return of the tickets or their value after they are issued through the "Zd" platform

4- In the event of a dispute over the billing between the museum management and the subscriber, the data of the "Zd" platform will be relied upon.
. The museum management has the right to terminate the subscription immediately or suspend it fully or partially in the following cases:

a- Misuse of the service by the subscriber or use of the service for other than its intended purpose.

b- Breach of any of the terms and conditions of this subscription.

c- Inaccuracy or non-updating of the subscriber's information or the documents and licenses provided by him.

d- If the museum management stops providing the service to all subscribers for any reason, the requests submitted will be calculated and the fees for the requests that were not submitted will be refunded.

5- If the museum management terminates or suspends the subscription, it will notify the subscriber of this, and the subscriber shall then have the right to submit a request to reactivate the account with a statement of the reasons and circumstances, and the decision to reactivate the subscription shall be at the discretion of the museum management.

6- In the event that any of the terms of this subscription is void; this should not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms of this subscription
